Where are our jewelry made?
All our jewelry is created and designed in our studio in Paris, located in the Marais district. In a spirit of fusion between Asia and the West, we work in collaboration with partners from Thailand, Spain and Italy for the design of some of our jewelry.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
Here are some tips for caring for your Philia Jewellery :
1. Store your jewellery separetely to prevent them from clashing and getting damage. Use a jewelry box or a soft cloth pouch.
2. Avoid wearing your jewellry during intensive physical activities, such as sports or housework, to protect it from shocks and scratches.
3. Do not expose your jewelry to water, sweat or perfume, as this may cause discoloration or alteration of plating layer.
4. Regularly clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and impurities.
By following these tips, your 3 micron gold plated and 925 silver jewelry should remain in good condition for many years.
How do I know my ring size?

What are the lengths of the necklaces?
The size of our necklaces varies between 40cm and 1m long.

How do I modify or cancel my order?
It is not possible to modify or cancel an order being processed.

I have not received my order or is a part missing?
Errors or omissions can happen! We apologize. For
solve this problem, please contact our after-sales service by
e-mail to the address contact@philia-paris.com specifying your order number. Our teams will do their best to resolve this issue quickly.
Deadlines / late delivery
The delivery of your order will be made within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation of your order.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return my purchase?
You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return it to us.
How to do ?
Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging and in their original shipping carton. The return is at the expense of the buyer.
Attention: In order to obtain a refund, all items must be in their original condition. No worn, used, altered or damaged merchandise will be accepted.
The refund only covers the value of the products and does not include delivery costs.
When will I be reimbursed?
Once the package is collected and checked by our team, the refund will be made automatically.
It may take a few days counting delivery time and the time our team processes your order.
Did you receive my return?
Returns take approximately 7 days to arrive.
If the package is marked as being returned to us but you have not yet received your refund, do not hesitate to contact us: contact@philia-paris.com
Warranty and after-sales service
How can I have my jewelry repaired?
We only repair products that are broken due to a design problem or defects from its delivery method.
All our products have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
If your jewel is defective, contact our After-Sales Service at the following address: contact@philia-paris.com , attaching photos to your message in order to find a solution as quickly as possible.
How long is my jewelry guaranteed?
All our products have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
If you are able to provide proof of purchase or if you are registered in our database, we offer free repair services for all conformity defects and manufacturing defects during this 1 year period.
However, this warranty does not cover superficial scratches, discoloration due to normal wear and tear of the product, missing components/materials or any other damage caused by improper use.
Delivery
What are your delivery methods?
Standard delivery with package tracking and estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.
Each order is processed and shipped within 48 hours after its validation by e-mail.
For ecological reasons, your order will be shipped in the minimum number of packages possible, even if you order several items.
How to track my order ?
To track your order, you can use the tracking link that was emailed to you when your order was shipped.
You can also log in to your customer account and access your order details.
